CHANGED TRAFFIC CONDITIONS

Due to the Parramatta Light Rail works on Church Street, from 4th of February 2022, access to the hotel will be via Sorrell Street, then Palmer Street as indicated on the map. Please note there is no right turn from Victoria Road into Sorrell St.

Cancellations:

Accommodation bookings can be cancelled without penalty if received in writing by 14 January 2022.
Cancellations between 14 January 2022 and 1 February 2022 will incur a 50% fee of the booked room rate for each night.
If cancellations received after 1 February 2022, 100% of the accommodation will be charged (all nights)
‘No shows’ will incur 100% of the accommodation charge (all nights)
