Brenda Rogers is a holistic medicine expert specialising in the midlife and menopausal transition. She’s passionate about working with the new generation of women (and men) who are creating an empowering new paradigm for what mid-life looks like – powerful ambassadors for the wisdom of middle age.

Brenda helps women who want to transition gracefully through menopause and into the best years of their life to become the steady, calm woman who doesn’t get riled by anything and celebrates all of who she is.

Instead of struggling with weight gain, sleeplessness, anxiety and self-doubt Brenda supports women through their amazing transition to reenergise and centre themselves so they can regain healthy weight, channel their raging emotions and get some sleep!

Brenda is a naturopath and life coach who loves science as well as the more mysterious arts such as iridology and energy medicine. She’s a wisdom teacher, nutrition educator specialising in nutrient-dense, traditional foods, a transformational coach, a public speaker, a wellness blogger, Art of Feminine Presence teacher, an aspiring author of a menopause book, a lover of yoga and nature, and on a serious mission to rewrite the narrative on menopause, bring nutrient-dense traditional wholefoods back into the kitchen, and to embolden women in their 50s to embrace who they are and make their mark on the world.

Brenda has been a champion for health and the holistic lifestyle in her various corporate training and development roles in several large health companies, including Blackmores, USANA and Young Living Essential Oils, over the span of her 30-year career.

Brenda is a passionate spokesperson and advocate for several topics including menopause as a rite of passage and women reclaiming their voice, their kitchens and their bodies. She uses food as medicine, nutritional & herbal remedies, naturopathic and yoga philosophy, and skilled life coaching conversations to inspire others to live their lives with grace.

In her public talks, nutrition events, workshops and leadership coaching sessions, Brenda raises conscious awareness of how lifestyle choices directly impact our health and wellbeing particularly our emotional stability. In her thorough yet gentle approach, she provides deep, emotional insight as well as practical solutions on how to create our best lives through our lifestyle choices (nutrition, hydration, movement, rest, relaxation, purpose, connection, and a positive mindset). Our health is our guide for reaching our true potential.

It was her first-hand experience with an eating disorder as a disempowered teen that was the catalyst to seek an alternative approach to heal herself and others!
