Ingrid Cucchi – Whole-of-Life Designer & Future Strategist
Ingrid Cucchi loves thinking about the future and how we are all going to survive and thrive in it. She loves getting into a good conversation about the importance of people in future workplaces and spends too much time contemplating the future of work and how we might all ‘love what we do’ and the big benefits that, something this simple, could bring families, communities, business and humanity for generations to come.
The path she is on today started with meeting a futurist in a philosophy class back in the year 2000 and being fascinated by the concept of future mapping to design a world we want to live in. She’s come to realise how important this is for individuals and small business who don’t always have access to big strategy and wants to bring these concepts to as many people as possible and give them practical tools to map and create their own story.
Her other passion is being a conduit for helping women’s voices be heard. She does this through her work as a WomanSpeak facilitator. The WomanSpeak mission is to unleash the brilliance of women’s voices to bring positive change to the world.
Ingrid’s big goal is that women everywhere one day will have the knowledge to map and create their own extraordinary life through wisdom passed down and through other women. She believes this starts with empowering women. The women in all of our lives. Our colleagues, staff, friends, family, our daughters and our mothers.

Ingrid works with women who want to shape their career and life for impact to take massive action so that their genius comes to life, their wisdom makes a difference to others, and they have the time and energy to create their own best life. She loves helping women to be amazing role models and really owning the legacy they want to create. She works with women on their why, their unique skills and talents, who they show up as, so that they can speak up and create their own spere of influence, however big or small they might want that might be.
Ingrid offers coaching, workshops and future-fit mapping sessions for individuals and small business. She is a licensed WomanSpeak facilitator – training women to speak up and change their world. Ingrid is trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis and has thirty years of leadership and management experience including 15 years in the public sector and about the same time in the private sector and is now making her way as an entrepreneur.
She has a wealth of knowledge from personal growth training to sales, business development and employee engagement, policy and program design of course future workplaces.
